ENACT to Host Special Session on the Cognitive Computing Continuum at ICE IEEE/ITMC 2026

We are pleased to announce that ENACT will contribute to a high-impact Special Session at the 32nd ICE IEEE/ITMC Conference, one of Europe’s leading forums for advancing research and innovation in engineering, digital technologies, and intelligent systems.

Titled “Dynamic Intelligence and Connectivity in the Edge–Cloud Continuum – Towards Cognitive Edge-Cloud Continuums,” this session will convene leading researchers, innovators, and practitioners to explore the state of the art and emerging challenges in seamless, intelligent orchestration across distributed edge and cloud infrastructures.

The session will provide a collaborative platform for presenting cutting-edge research results, architectural innovations, and real-world lessons learned, with a strong focus on EU-funded Horizon Europe initiatives – including ENACT, EMPYREAN, INTEND, SWARMCHESTRATE, MYRTUS, HYPERAI, and COGNETS – as well as independent research teams working on advanced edge–cloud continuum technologies.
